Shipping:  The majority of our products is made to order and the expected shipping time is listed in the product description on the product page. So, once you place an order, we get to work crafting your item with care. So, sit tight and look forward to receiving your product within a given time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product also. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number via email or on your number.

Return: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But If the product you received is damaged or has manufacturing defect, then we accept your return within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us on care@krafmak.com with your order details. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the paid amount and rest will be refunded back to you.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, here’s our simple refund & exchange policy:

• Eligibility: You may request a refund/exchange within  3 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We will only accept damaged items with a manufacturing defect that happened prior to receiving the product.
• Refund & Exchange Process: Contact us with order details on care@krafmak.com or click here within 3 days of delivery to initiate the process. Once we receive and verify the returned item of manufacturing defect, We will initiate the refund/exchange process and you will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days in case of return. But for exchange we will replace the same with a new product and notify you about the expected shipping time. There will be no shipping charges for the exchange.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made or personalized product and discounted or sale items.
• Return Charges: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the paid amount and rest will be refunded back to your original payment method.

• Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped from our warehouse.
