Shipping : The majority of our products is made to order and it takes 7-10 days to be ready, packed and shipped. So, once you place an order, we get to work crafting your item with care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But If the product you received is damaged or has manufacturing defect, then we accept your return within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us on care@krafmak.com with your order details. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. As a policy, we do not offer exchanges or returns for products delivered in good condition. However, if a product has a genuine defect, we are happy to provide a replacement. To be eligible, please share an unpacking video and order details with us at +91-9910460674 maximum within 24 hours of delivery. Products should be UNUSED.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoice. Please do not dispose original packing.
